The Letter of
Jude
1. Jude, a servant of Jesus Christ and brother of James, To those who are called, who are beloved in God the Father and kept safe for Jesus Christ: 2. May mercy, peace, and love be yours in abundance.

Oh God my Father according to Jude the brother of James and even my brother in You, my God and Father, to be a Christian is something very special. Jude gives us the following criteria, that of being called. Therefore this means that this calling is so special that it is not for all, but for those whom You call to accept in their life and to accept You as their God and Father. The second criteria is that of being beloved by God. Not only is it precious to be called by You, my God and Father but what is more, how greater it is to be considered as being beloved by You. As much as we parents love our children, You love us even more! A type of love that is far beyond human understanding, a love that is all giving and not selfish conditioned by sin. The last criteria for the called and beloved i s that of being kept safe. Even though we are not spared from trials and tribulations oh God my Father we are to feel safe, for we are in good hands, the best!
I praise and thank You, my God and Father, for loving us so much Amen.
3. Beloved, while eagerly preparing to write to you about the salvation we share, I find it necessary to write and appeal to you to contend for the faith that was once for all entrusted to the saints.

Oh God, my Father we contend or compete with other in order to obtain good grades, promotions and many, more, however, do we show the same motivation when it comes to faith. Are we ready to compete with others in being a good Christian in doing good deeds to others? No! In such areas where we can get the greatest reward ever we are lax, however in other areas such as academical, physical, such as sports, projects leading to contracts and many, more we try to make heaven and earth meet in order to satisfy our goals!
Therefore my God and Father we are to have the same motivation in areas concerning You as much as the same drives and motivation that we have in worldly affairs.
4. For certain intruders have stolen in among you, people who long ago were designated for this condemnation as ungodly, who pervert the grace of our God into licentiousness and deny our only Master and Lord Jesus, Christ.

Oh God my Father, when we are lacking in self-control, we are an open door to other vices, for when in such a state we are acting totally in the flesh and not from, the spirit and therefore the evil spirits who are the real intruders will take control of our thinking, feeling and behaviour and will inflict us on many levels, therefore I pray for Your protection oh God my Father for in some area or another we are all prone and weak Amen.
5. Now I desire to remind you, though you are fully informed, that the Lord, who once for all saved a people out of the Land of Egypt afterwards destroyed those who did not believe.

Oh God, my Father may we always keep in mind that we are a saved people and never decide to return back to our place of exile. God has saved you from your addiction, unfaithfulness, abusive character, tendency, to homosexuality, God has forgiven us from everything, therefore we are to look ahead and live life in the Holy Spirit of God Amen.
6. And the angels who did not keep their own position, but left their proper dwelling, he has kept in eternal chains in deepest darkness for the judgment of the great day. 7. Likewise, Sodom and Gomorrah and the surrounding cities, which, in the same manner as they, indulged in sexual immorality and pursued unnatural lust, serve as an example by undergoing a punishment of eternal fire.

Oh God, my Father I offer my prayers for all those priests who have left their ministry in order to become married or become involved in some worldly ministry that has nothing to do with the vocation that You have given them. For the sake of their souls, I pray that You have mercy on their souls Amen.
8. Yet in the same way these dreamers also defile the flesh, reject authority, and slander the glorious ones.

Oh God, many people are being led by beliefs based on philosophy instead of on faith and consequently they are bringing arguments that attempt to persuade many that You do not exist. I am hurt to say that at times when in contact with certain priests with whom I talked about You, due to the fact that they had no relationship with You, they tried to parry, my arguments and silence me by using rhetorical questions and philosophical arguments which in truth reflected their unbelief. I pray for all people in authority in of proclaiming Your name to others to be responsible for their God-given assignment, and also be faithful when talking about You instead of being simply rational. Amen.
9. But when the archangel Michael contended with the devil and disputed about the body of Moses he did nit dare to bring a condemnation against him, but said, "The Lord rebuke you!"

Oh God my Father along with the power of the Holy Spirit it seems we have a dual layer of protection against the forces of evil even on dying. The archangel Michael debated in favour of the body of Moses after his death and therefore this Archangel will also intervene on our behalf along with You during the critical moments of our life which may be both physical and or spiritual death Amen. Therefore we are to be more than grateful to You for protecting us in such a way against the forces of evil Amen. Thank You, my God and Father.
10. But these people slander whatever they do not understand, and they are destroyed by those things that, like irrational animals, they know by instinct.

Another way oh God my Father to refute something that we are totally against is to make little of it and downgrade its potential and this is what we do in relation to sin so much that we end up approving it. Due to our lack of understanding of the real hazard behind binge drinking, we practice, it up to the point that it may even destroy us in the long term. I pray for mercy oh God and Father for we know not what we do. Amen.
11. Woe to them! For they go to the way of Cain, and abandon themselves to Balaam's error for the sake of gain, and perish in Korah's rebellion.

Oh God my Father in honesty and truth I pose a pertinent question, whether we are living the way of Cain, whether might is still a right, whether money rules the world and if money makes the world go round. If this is true it explains poverty and the great discrepancy between the haves and the have not. The way of our times is a disposable society, where people who are not productive are discarded and dumped into homes, marriages, relationships that are labelled as have failed are annulled, separated or divorced, others who are different from others are considered as being deviant to the norm we consider as being normal. In this era of mass production and quality and quantity anybody who does not reach the necessary standards or performance even at work is rejected. God have mercy on us Amen.
12. These are blemishes on your love feasts, while they feast with you without fear, feeding themselves. They are waterless clouds carried along by the winds; autumn trees without fruit, twice dead, uprooted; 13. wild waves of the sea, casting up the foam of their own shame; wandering stars, for whom the deepest darkness has been reserved for others.

Oh God my Father You are the one and only true friend who never betrays me into a false a deceitful relationship. You are not a parasite in Your relationship with me but a giver of love and divine providence, security and care. We are therefore to be aware of such people who attempt to strike relationships with us with a negative intention in mind. Amen.
14. It was also about these that Enoch in the seventh generation from Adam, prophesied, "See the Lord is coming with ten thousands of his holy ones, 15, to execute judgment on all and to convict everyone of all the deeds of ungodliness that they have committed in such an ungodly way, and of all the harsh things that ungodly sinners have spoken against him." 16, These are grumblers and malcontents; they indulge their own lusts; they are bombastic in speech, flattering people to their own advantage.

Oh God my Father please forgive me because there are moments when I also grumbled and did not accept what happened in my life as being according to Your Will Amen. Thank You Jesus.
14. It was also about these that Enoch in the seventh generation from Adam prophesied, saying, "See, the Lord is coming with ten thousands of his holy ones, 15. to execute judgment on all, and to convict everyone of all the deeds of ungodliness that they have committed in such an ungodly way, and of all the harsh things that ungodly sinners have spoken against him." 16. These are grumblers and malcontents: they indulge their own lusts; they are bombastic in speech, flattering people to their own advantage.

Good morning my God and Father and good morning to the person who may be on this blog and praying on the Word of God. I pray that we adopt a positive lifestyle that is the fruit of placing our life in Your hands. Oh God, when we accept all as coming really and truly from You and according to Your timing and no to hours, the scenario becomes more positive, because instead of becoming bored we learn to wait, hope and pray in a positive spirit of deliverance Amen.
17. But you, beloved, must remember the predictions of the apostles of our Lord Jesus Christ; 18. for they said to you, "In the last time there will be scoffers, indulging their own ungodly lusts." 19. It is these worldly people, devoid of the Spirit who are causing divisions.

Oh brothers and sisters even though the world offers us situations of physical pleasure and lusts as in overeating and other negative worldly pleasure, we are to keep our principles straight and lead our lives according to the messages and laws that are found in the Bible, which is the 'Good News' and the hope of our salvation which is in God our and my Father Amen.
20. But you, beloved, build yourselves up on your most holy faith; pray in the Holy Spirit; 21. keep yourselves in the love of God; look forward to the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ that leads to eternal life. 22. And have mercy on some who are wavering; 23. save others by snatching them out of the fire; and have mercy on still others with fear, hating even the tunic defiled by their bodies.

Amen Oh, God my Father, I pray that with Your help I continue to base my life on Your love. I pray that You continue to use me by means of this blog and other means to reach out to others but physically by means of relationships and even by means of prayers Amen.
24. Now to him who is able to keep you from falling, and to make you stand without blemish in the presence of his glory with rejoicing, 25. to the only God our Savior, through Jesus Christ our Lord, be glory, majesty, power, and authority, before all time and now and forever. Amen.

Amen oh, Jesus, may Glory, praise, worship and honour be lifted to Your holy name forever and ever, may Your name be praised among all humans in the highest of the heavens, and the depths of the earth Amen.
I would like to end the letter of Jude with the following prayer:
Oh God my Father the battle between good and evil has been going on for years and many people have been hurt as a consequence, however, the biggest harm that can be done is that done to our souls. For what is of the world ends in the world but what is of God meaning our souls will continue to live forever Amen.
